Operator and purpose

VTV s.r.o. is developing VTVAuto SEO Research for internal multilingual keyword research and optimization of e-commerce content. The application is not a public service.

Google data access

The planned application will use the Google Ads API with the authorization of an eligible Google account to retrieve keyword suggestions, historical keyword search metrics and related planning information. Google Ads account identifiers and OAuth authorization data may be processed as necessary to establish and maintain authorized access. The application does not need access to Gmail or personal contacts.

How information is used

The intended purposes are keyword discovery, comparison of search terminology between markets, analysis of search demand, and internal reporting. The application is not intended to sell Google user data or make research data publicly available.

Storage and security

The application is under development. Its implementation will be designed to limit access to authorized users, securely handle credentials and retain research records only for a defined operational purpose. Specific storage locations, retention periods and deletion procedures will be documented here before production use.

External processors and AI

The application may in the future use an external AI service to assess keyword relevance. Before activating any such processing of Google API data, this policy will be updated to identify the applicable providers and explain what data they receive and why.

User choices

Authorized users can revoke the application's Google account access in their Google Account settings. Requests concerning application data can be submitted through the contact page below.

Changes

This document describes the application while it is under development and will be updated to reflect the actual implemented data practices before the application is used in production.
